Simon Willison introduces his new web application that uses your location according to location service Fire Eagle to display Wikipedia pages of sites nearby. That’s a really cool hack, but what excites me the most is what amazing things can be done, these days, by combining various web-based services with just a little bit of effort. Simon says (I bet he never hears that):
[…] the entire application comes in at less than 200 lines of code and took around two hours to build.
